About The Position

The Customer Care Advisor at Ethos Medspa is a vital role responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of the medspa. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while promoting services and products. The advisor will work closely with the Customer Care Director and the team to enhance customer experiences and drive sales in a collaborative and positive atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • 1 year of MedSpa or salon experience required.
  • Comfort with computer systems and retail sales processes.
  • Professionalism and energy in the role; support a positive team culture.
  • Reliability and responsibility for scheduled work shifts; punctuality is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Medical Spa/Salon service selling experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Previous experience with Aveda/SkinCeuticals/SkinMedica/iS Clinical/Jane Iredale selling.

Responsibilities

  • Perform exemplary, client-focused customer service using various tools (including computer software, phone, email, and text).
  • Advise guests and drive sales on products and services.
  • Provide an excellent, clean, inviting, professional, comfortable, relaxing, and pleasant experience for all clients and guests.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge to communicate product and service benefits to guests.
  • Greet guests appropriately, answer incoming calls, make/confirm/change appointments, and perform guest check-in/out using available systems.
  • Work to fill openings with a waitlist and complete duties to open and/or close the day, maintaining accurate cash counts.
  • Complete product and service sales transactions, maintain product inventory and displays, and complete daily checklists and cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Maintain client information files, consent forms for services, and financial information.
  • Keep an accurate inventory list and assist the manager with weekly orders; inform about product shortages and customer issues and/or requests.
  • Utilize and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events, and appointments in conjunction with Ethos customer programs.
  • Post on social media to help advertise and drive business.
