The Customer Service Representative role at Avis Budget Group involves assisting customers in various aspects of the rental and return process at airport lots. This position is designed for individuals who prefer an active, outdoor work environment rather than a traditional desk job. The role emphasizes excellent customer service while performing tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting customers at exit gates.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check cars and enter information using a handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
