The Customer Service Representative role at Avis Budget Group is an outdoor combination position focused on assisting customers throughout the rental and return process at airport lots. This role emphasizes excellent customer service while performing various tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting customers at exit gates. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check cars and enter information using a handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars at return.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
