About the position
The Customer Care Representative at Rooms To Go is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer issues, and coordinating services for customers. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and involves various tasks such as arranging merchandise exchanges and scheduling service visits. The position offers opportunities for career growth within the company, especially as Rooms To Go continues to expand and innovate its customer care practices.
Responsibilities
- Make and receive phone calls from customers.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Arrange merchandise exchanges for customers.
- Make customer accommodations as needed.
- Advise customers with solutions for their needs.
- Schedule service visits to customers' homes.
- Coordinate all other services for Rooms To Go customers.
Requirements
- Three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with courteous and patient demeanor.
- Strong computer navigation skills and general computer knowledge, including MS Office understanding.
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GED.

- Bilingual preferred.
