About the position

The Customer Care Representative at ODP Business Solutions is responsible for providing service assistance to the company's National, Contract, and Business Direct customers. The representative will also manage Disney EDI exceptions as part of their duties.

Responsibilities

• Manages Disney EDI exceptions.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a related field.
• Proper grammar, spelling, pronunciation, and punctuation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
