About the position

The Customer Care Representative will support the implementation of energy efficiency programs by interacting directly with customers. This role involves managing customer interactions, performing administrative tasks, and aiding in reporting and rebate processing for energy efficiency initiatives. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the office, and is contracted for one year.

Responsibilities

  • Support program implementation through direct interaction with customers interested in energy efficiency services.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the daily implementation and support of energy efficiency programs.
  • Manage customer interactions including call activity, internet activity, and tracking system lead processing for residential and commercial/industrial customers.
  • Aid in reporting and rebate processing for energy efficiency programs.
  • Provide administrative support to other areas of Energy Efficiency.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) to six (6) years of related experience required.
