Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional service in response to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Execute the complete call handling process and meet expected customer service levels.
• Support business performance goals by delivering a full range customer service experience.
• Answer customer inquiries via telephone and assist with technical issues.
• Log all customer contacts into the contact system for accurate historical tracking.
• Communicate professional verbal and written responses to customer inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between customers and dealerships, ensuring excellent service.
• Handle difficult customer issues and avoid escalation when possible.
• Master desktop applications and follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Experience supporting customers through phone preferred.
• Solid computer skills and experience using CRM software.
• Ability to type and speak simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
