About the position

The Customer Care Representative position at Juniper Landscaping is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional service to customers. This role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining the company's reputation through effective communication and problem-solving. The representative will also participate in training that requires some overnight travel during the initial weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Review, assign, and reply to all customer service requests, and maintain the service request system.
  • Field incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to customers using various forms of communication.
  • Ensure Homeowner satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve any issues.
  • Communicate and meet with HOA Management and maintain a strong customer service relationship.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Juniper Account Managers and Customer Service Director.
  • Assist with creating proposals.
  • Maintain HOA proposal spreadsheet with updated information, as requested.
  • Follow up on payments that are past due.
  • Maintain inspection spreadsheet for HOA management.
  • Schedule appointments with owners and Account/Irrigation Managers.
  • Maintain a shared calendar of HOA replacement/enhancement schedules, as requested.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read, write and speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition.
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products.
