About the position

FOCUS Broadband is seeking a client-focused Part-Time Customer Care Representative to serve as a liaison between the company and its customers. This role is essential for providing first-class customer service, assisting clients with their communication needs, and handling various customer interactions through both phone and in-person engagements. The position requires attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction, with responsibilities including service activation, credit applications, and resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their communications needs via telephone or in retail stores.
  • Explain details of FOCUS Broadband products and services to customers.
  • Perform customer verifications, including credit checks for new customers.
  • Initiate service orders for new and existing customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues and determining root causes.
  • Meet or exceed productivity measurements, including customer contacts and service orders created.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record and valid license.
