Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison with management and customers.
  • Proactively manage customer portfolio including billing, IoT, monitoring, and customer outreach.
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, and chat.
  • Dedicate efforts to improve customer service and business productivity.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer phone service.
  • Experience problem-solving and providing resolution to billing and other customer care issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player and independently.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.
