Requirements

• 2 years of customer service or retail experience.
• Call center experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer care tracking software preferred.
• Availability to participate in extended hours and weekend shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Speaking fluency in Spanish is a plus.
