About the position

The Customer Contact Assistant position at CentraCare Health involves managing inbound and outbound communications within a fast-paced call center environment. The role includes triaging calls, dispatching staff and security, and handling primary switchboard duties. This full-time position requires working 80 hours every two weeks with shifts from 7 am to 3:30 pm, including an every-other-weekend rotation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm and proficiency in general computer and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • One to two years of post-high school training in clerical, secretarial, or PC-based phone systems preferred.
