About the position

Responsibilities

• Manually review customer data in SAP and Excel.
• Research customer information using online sources.
• Provide correct NAICS codes for customer records.
• Analyze large data sets to ensure data accuracy.
• Resolve customer records with missing or incomplete data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience analyzing large data sets.
• Intermediate to advanced level of understanding of Microsoft Excel, MS Access, SAS, or other data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience with data analytics.
• Ability to perform research based on limited information.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with customer data repositories such as SAP.
• Background in Utilities, Information Technology, or data analytics.
