Requirements

  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with API and application integration technologies such as API management or API security.
  • Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience with legacy and modern application development and container orchestration systems.
  • Experience with integration architecture patterns, security protocols, and enterprise messaging patterns.
  • Understanding of Google Cloud and multi/hybrid-cloud strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on API management, application integration, and application modernization to support customer relationships.
  • Evaluate processes for prospects, including technology advocacy and supporting bid responses.
  • Demonstrate and prototype integrations using Google Cloud products in customer environments.
  • Recommend integration strategies and enterprise architectures for successful implementation on Google Cloud.
  • Travel to customer sites and events as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
