About The Position

The Customer Experience Analyst at IKEA is responsible for building a customer-centric culture by gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance the overall customer journey. This role involves providing insights to the retail store team, supporting customer engagement activities, and integrating customer feedback into decision-making processes to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working with multichannel customer journeys and customer support.
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Experience analyzing, planning, and measuring performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Formulas.

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to enhance the customer journey.
  • Educate the retail store team on customer experiences at various touchpoints.
  • Provide insights and feedback on strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support IKEA events such as customer workshops and community outreach activities.
  • Integrate customer insights into key decision-making processes.
  • Present learnings and insights at store meetings and forums.
