About the position

The Customer Experience and Logistics Representative is responsible for managing airport shuttle operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience while overseeing scheduled trips, passenger capacity, fleet management, and team assignments. This role requires compliance with corporate and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage airport shuttle operations to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Assume lead of shift and take reports from prior shifts focusing on safe operations.
  • Manage trip capacity to increase capacity as demand dictates.
  • Oversee staffing for shuttle trips, scheduling additional drivers as needed.
  • Ensure fleet is fueled, cleaned, and departs on time from all locations.
  • Monitor fueling compliance and manage fuel card oversight.
  • Utilize digital tracking sheets to maintain operation management logs.
  • Monitor route conditions and inform drivers of necessary re-routes.
  • Provide support and information for drivers and management regarding operations.
  • Coordinate emergency action procedures and report incidents immediately.
  • Administer post-accident DOT testing and prepare accident reports.
  • Anticipate and resolve customer service issues proactively.
  • Assist drivers with software and logging requirements.
  • Attend safety and policy training to ensure safety for customers and team.
  • Perform daily IT and other audits, reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Adhere to corporate, local, and federal safety policies.
  • Demonstrate friendly and professional interactions with customers.
  • Provide detailed shift summaries to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with web-based software applications.
  • Reliable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and performance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
