Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience in a professional office environment required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.
