About the position
The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience in the Garden/Toys department by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and brand loyalty. This part-time role requires proactive customer service skills and a focus on creating a positive shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer experience through proactive and customer-focused behaviors.
- Evaluate customers' needs by actively listening and providing appropriate solutions.
- Make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Exchange brand.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent education.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
