About the position
The Customer Experience Associate at North Post Express is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored service. This role involves assessing customer needs, providing solutions, and promoting brand loyalty while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Greet each customer upon contact and assess their needs.
- Suggest alternative options and provide resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and build trust with customers.
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences by actively engaging with customers.
- Provide product knowledge and superior sales skills in one or more sales areas.
- Assist customers with price changes, special orders, and online orders.
- Promote the benefits of the Military Star credit card and other corporate programs.
- Operate cash registers and conduct sales transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security regulations.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent education.
- Retail experience with a demonstrated willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
