About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to support our Creve Coeur location. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that our store operations and customer experience meet the company standards. Your primary responsibility will be to provide best-in-class, legendary customer service to all fit-flavors customers by selling meals, smoothies, and other products and services based on active promotions. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for health, food, and helping others. You will be expected to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized service that enhances their experience at our store. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our food offerings, ensuring that meals are properly rotated in the cooler, and managing the checkout process through our POS system. You will also be required to participate in monthly Customer Experience Team Trainings and quarterly Company Town Halls to stay updated on company policies and customer service standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. The schedule is full-time, requiring 32-40+ hours per week, with shifts typically scheduled on weekdays and Saturdays. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, tolerate cooler environments, and perform tasks that involve bending, squatting, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Providing best in class customer service to all fit-flavors customers, following the Customer Experience Standard
  • Properly FIFOing the meals in the cooler (dates to keep on back stock vs front stock)
  • Checking customers out through the POS system
  • Being knowledgeable on the food quality and preparations
  • Counting the drawer each shift and being responsible for the money collected during the shift
  • Answering all incoming store phone calls with excellent customer service
  • Attending and actively participating in all monthly Customer Experience Team Trainings and quarterly Company Town Halls
  • Assisting the Store Managers in managing inventory as necessary
  • Having flexibility for schedule changes due to business needs

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, food service, or similar
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Desire and willingness to develop professionally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background and/or interest in health/nutrition industry
