As a Customer Experience Banker at Huntington National Bank, you will be part of a welcoming and inclusive team environment where your contributions are valued and empowered. You will serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, focusing on retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify customers' financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and banking products and services to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing your daily transactions and providing exemplary customer service. In this position, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve any customer issues that may arise. You will need to be proficient in understanding and educating customers about consumer deposit products, ensuring they are well-informed about their options. A key aspect of your role will involve proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, which includes following up with new customers, making outbound calls, and sourcing referrals from existing customers and partners. Additionally, you will educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships. Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures is crucial in this role. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the branch's operations and customer service goals.
