As a Customer Experience Banker at Huntington, you will be part of a welcoming and inclusive team environment where you are empowered every day to help our customers achieve their financial goals. This role serves as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, focusing on retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships. You will proactively identify financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services. Your responsibilities will include processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily operations and providing exemplary customer service. In this position, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues. You will need to be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up programs, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. You will also educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships. Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures is crucial, as is demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
