As a Customer Experience Banker at Huntington Bank, you will be part of a welcoming and inclusive team environment where your contributions are valued and encouraged. You will act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with both consumer and business clients. You will also be tasked with processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. In this position, you will provide exemplary customer service, effectively resolving any issues that may arise. You will need to be proficient in understanding and educating customers about various consumer deposit products. A key aspect of your role will involve proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, which includes following up with new customers, making outbound calls, and sourcing referrals from existing customers and partners. Additionally, you will educate customers about other areas of the bank to deepen their relationships and foster a strong partnership. You will be expected to adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures, demonstrating your commitment to compliance and best practices. Your skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation will be essential to your success in this role. Other duties may be assigned as needed, contributing to the overall success of the branch and the bank as a whole.
