As a Customer Experience Banker at Huntington, you will be part of a welcoming and inclusive team environment where you are empowered every day to help our customers achieve their financial goals. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. You will act as a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also balance daily transactions while ensuring exemplary customer service is provided at all times. In this role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues. You will need to be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, as well as proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process. This includes implementing a new customer follow-up program, making outbound calls, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners. Additionally, you will educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership. Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures is crucial, as is demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation skills. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
