About the position

The Customer Experience / Customer Service Associate at Excell Refrigeration is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers throughout their journey with the company. This role requires a proactive individual with a foundation in industrial customer service, dedicated to addressing customer needs and enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
  • Uphold company standards and policies in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Predictive Index training is a plus.
