About The Position
The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence at the store level. This role involves training and leading crew members to deliver a WOW customer experience, managing front-end operations, and maintaining store standards. The manager will also partner with the store manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, while performing store manager duties in their absence.
