About The Position

The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the store. This role involves training crew members to deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience, leading front-end operations, and maintaining store cleanliness and readiness. The manager will also partner with the store manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, while achieving customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
