About The Position

The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence at their assigned store. This role focuses on training crew members to deliver a WOW customer experience, achieving customer service score goals, and overseeing front-end operations. The manager will also handle store maintenance, assist in recruiting and training staff, and perform managerial duties in the absence of the store manager.
