About The Position
The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence at their assigned store. This role focuses on training crew members to deliver a WOW customer experience, achieving customer service score goals, and maintaining front-end operations. The manager will also oversee store cleanliness, perform managerial duties in the absence of the store manager, and collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery efforts.
