About the position

The Customer Experience Manager at Clean Eatz NoCo is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating a positive environment and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. This role involves leading a team, managing customer interactions, and driving sales growth through effective training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to meet their needs with Clean Eatz offerings.
  • Oversee the work of cashiers and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
  • Train new cashiers and provide ongoing support to existing staff.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transaction processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking various products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient café operations.
  • Handle escalations of complex customer situations.
  • Assist guests in signing up for meal plans and explain their benefits.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong management skills with experience in team leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Analytical thinking to understand customer behavior and trends.
