About The Position
The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence at their assigned store. This role focuses on training crew members to deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience, leading front-end operations, and maintaining store cleanliness and readiness for customers. The manager will also partner with the store manager in recruiting, training, and developing staff, while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and goals.
