The CEM is responsible for delivering results during their shifts, driving key performance indicators, and fostering brand loyalty through team leadership. The role emphasizes creating a fun and engaging atmosphere where both customers and associates feel valued and inspired. The CEM is tasked with various responsibilities, including ensuring that all associates are focused on customer satisfaction, achieving customer satisfaction score goals, leading front-end operations, and training staff on customer service best practices. The CEM also plays a crucial role in maintaining store cleanliness, managing opening and closing procedures, and supervising and developing associates. Additionally, the CEM is responsible for driving store sales, managing expenses, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
