About the position

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer experience at our Mesquite, TX location. This role involves developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that all associates are trained to provide exceptional service. The manager will analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve service delivery. Additionally, the Customer Experience Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. This position requires a strong focus on customer engagement and the ability to lead a team effectively. The manager will also be responsible for setting performance goals and monitoring progress to ensure that the team meets or exceeds expectations.
