About The Position

The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the store. This role focuses on training crew members to deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience, leading front-end operations, and maintaining store cleanliness and readiness. The manager partners with the store leadership team to achieve customer service goals and oversees various store functions in the absence of the store manager.
