About The Position
The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the store. This role focuses on training crew members to deliver a WOW customer experience, achieving customer service score goals, and maintaining front-end operations. The manager will also oversee store cleanliness, assist in recruiting and training staff, and perform store manager duties in their absence.
