About The Position

The Customer Experience Manager at Five Below is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence at the store level. This role involves training and leading crew members to deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience, maintaining store cleanliness, and achieving customer service score goals. The manager will also perform store manager duties in their absence and collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising and recovery efforts.
