About the position

The Client Experience Manager at TAVO Media Group is responsible for creating, managing, and expanding the conditions for successful client engagements. This role involves being a dynamic marketing strategist who deeply understands clients' businesses and proactively brings innovative ideas to the table. The manager will lead internal and external teams, serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level clients, and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work that drives client growth and agency success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all account activities and manage internal/external teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior-level clients and agency leaders.
  • Identify and inspire new work streams and strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Champion great creative work and ensure flawless delivery by teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or partner agencies to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage expectations and navigate project risks and conflicts effectively.
  • Provide guidance to team members on workflow processes and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Operations on financials, staff planning, and revenue management.
  • Directly manage junior agency staff, providing feedback and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in tech and startup environments.
