Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts and success of our Ranch Pass Subscription program.
  • Increase both sales and retention of Ranch Pass Subscriptions.
  • Lead by example in all customer interactions.
  • Drive expectations and standards for the team with a customer focused approach.
  • Embody the vision and brand values.
  • Educate customers and employees about Golf Ranch and Golf Lite.
  • Lead and mentor on site Sales and Service team.
  • Evolve and improve sales and service process.
  • Understand customer base and continuously find ways to create value.
  • Create relationships and connections with customers.
  • Assume Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities as needed to oversee daily operations, manage guest inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests and employees.
  • Continuously coach employees on day-to-day activities and empower them to handle responsibilities and processes independently.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality management role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
