The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) plays a crucial role under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leading the Support Lead, Lead Cashier(s) (if applicable), and associates of the store while acting as the Manager on Duty. The CEM is responsible for ensuring that customers are “Wowed” through exceptional front-end operations, cash management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales. This position requires a commitment to delivering results during assigned shifts, driving key performance indicators, and fostering brand loyalty by leading through the team. The CEM is part of the management team that sets the tone by embracing and living the Five Below Values, which translate into creating a vibrant brand where talented individuals want to grow their careers.
