• Complete time-sensitive customer follow-ups to fulfill sales and service needs.

Requirements

• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient in computer usage and navigating between systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM is required.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Associate's degree or higher is required.
