About the position

The Customer Experience Project Manager at TEKsystems will provide operational and project support for the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) department. This role involves managing budgets, scheduling, project management of campaigns, event planning, and ensuring excellent customer experiences primarily through email and phone interactions. The position requires a balance of project leadership and technical contributions, with a focus on optimizing departmental processes and maintaining strong vendor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Donor Relations' primary contact, managing phone and email correspondence with donors.
  • Coordinate event logistics and support event communications, including managing vendor details for events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal requests, maintaining Service Request Form and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Perform invoicing and budgeting tasks, including entering expenses into Concur and liaising with Finance/Admin team.
  • Manage promotional and center order fulfillment, ensuring supplies are stocked and orders are placed with vendors.
  • Oversee campaign project management for recurring campaigns, managing orders and inventory in the Donor Loyalty Store.
  • Optimize project management templates and standard workflow documents for process improvement.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and support good practices.
  • Observe privacy and security policies to protect sensitive information.
  • Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens in certain work areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
  • 1+ year to 2 years of customer service and administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Valid California Drivers License required upon hire.
  • Excellent customer service skills via phone and email.
  • Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new software.
  • Strong communication skills, with Spanish language skills as a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with office software and email applications.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including defining objectives and analyzing results.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
