The Customer Experience Project Manager is responsible for managing medium scale projects within the commercial teams, including the customer support and lead management areas. This individual will create and communicate project plans to project stakeholders and will manage relationships with the project team and stakeholders. This individual will also build dashboards, interpret data, and provide insights to support the operations of the CX business. Essential Duties include defining project scope, goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders. The Project Manager will develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress, identify risks, and manage changes in scope and schedule. Coordination with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure that project goals are met and project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will manage project communication, including to senior management when required, ensuring that stakeholders remain informed of project progress, issues, and risks. Additionally, they will develop and maintain relevant project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, risk logs, and project closure reports. Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives is also a key responsibility. The Project Manager will develop, produce, and maintain reports and dashboards for functional business groups, and analyze data (performance, employee, customer, etc.) to provide findings, insight, and recommendations to leadership for making data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 Years of project management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building and managing a project schedule in Microsoft Project or similar project management tool.
  • Working Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Life Cycles methodologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
