About the position

The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at Enterprise Mobility is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the National/Alamo branch located at the Fort Wayne Airport. This part-time role involves facilitating the rental process, ensuring efficient transactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience through friendly and professional interactions. The position requires effective communication of rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and additional services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
• Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers
• Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and participate in company-sponsored classroom training

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 2 years
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be willing to accept the starting pay of $20.67 per hour plus bonus opportunities
• Must be able to work part-time with the specified schedule
