About The Position
The role involves receiving incoming calls and determining the products, services, or resources that the caller requires or could benefit from. The position provides direct support services to customers or connects them with a staff member in the appropriate department who can provide the specific assistance needed. The individual must consistently uphold and deliver a high level of service to the Bank's customers.
