About the position

The Customer Experience Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their orders and requests are handled accurately and promptly. This role involves communication and coordination with customers, channel partners, sales teams, and internal departments to facilitate a smooth sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various trades including channel partners, customers, government, service providers, contractors, and the Midmark sales force both domestically and internationally.
• Manage multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
• Provide phone coverage for departmental call center queues.
• Coordinate orders, inquiries, information, projects, and consignment inventory for multiple sales representatives.
• Process and book domestic and international orders, including various types of orders such as credit card, service, warranty, and government orders.
• Take orders via phone, email, EDI, or Ecommerce and enter them into an ERP system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating activities between the customer, channel partner, and internal departments.
• Expedite orders and ensure specific delivery dates and times are met.
• Issue credits, assist with price discrepancies, and address shipping issues or freight claims.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services relative to the division of support.
• Develop and grow relationships with channel partners to execute on requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product information, shipping, and anticipated delays.
• Obtain freight quotes and coordinate delivery needs with the logistics department.
• Manage and maintain departmental email boxes.
• Support and implement MPS principles and ensure compliance with quality regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
