About the position

The Customer Experience Representative role involves providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to ensure efficient project management and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including estimate, order entry, vendor negotiation, deadline setting, and project monitoring.
• Communicate with team members regarding new and current projects.
• Understand the scope of the work and manage bid pricing from vendors.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors, clients, and customers.

Requirements

• High School Graduate
• Experience with Excel and other MS Office software
• Strong computer skills
• Data Entry Skills
• Compliance Knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, driven, and well organized
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a positive and professional manner
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work extended hours if necessary
