About the position

The Customer Experience Representative at Arrow Pest Control is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients while ensuring efficient scheduling and communication. This role is integral to the company's mission of protecting homes from pests and enhancing customer satisfaction. The representative will engage with customers, manage work orders, and contribute to the overall success of the customer experience team.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying communication correctly to enable best-in-class prospecting.
  • Using Arrow protocols to accurately record all pertinent information and confirm it is correct prior to ending communication.
  • Efficiently scheduling work orders and technicians as defined by Arrow Scheduling Protocols.
  • Maintaining Arrow's utilization rate by engaging with customers and performing work-specific tasks.
  • Escalating customer and internal issues to maintain retention percentages according to Arrow escalation protocols.
  • Conducting inside sales to new and prospective customers, aiming for 4 T/M cross-sells per person, per month.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first attitude with an eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated but able to work as part of a larger team.
  • One year of customer service or scheduling experience preferred.
  • A minimum of a high school education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software.
