About the position

The Customer Experience Service Owner Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading a team focused on enhancing e-commerce solutions within the Supply Chain Technology Service Organization. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and the development of innovative service-based commerce features to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the digital transformation of the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Define Industrialization of Service Line by shaping the value proposition for innovative e-commerce assets.
  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for e-commerce and supply chain customer experience architecture.
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of e-commerce developers and architects, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Define architectural standards and best practices for new service-based commerce features.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for Supply Chain CX architecture development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the supply chain CX space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in digital leadership, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with an industry-leading e-commerce application, preferably in SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Minimum of 7 years leading technical teams and collaborating closely with business executives.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex e-commerce solutions across B2B domain using the Agile framework.
  • Understanding of headless and microservices architecture with strong experience leading teams through the design and development of integrations to ERP systems.
  • Ability to understand the CX needs and correlate the terms in the supply chain; supply chain functional knowledge is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Consulting experience in commercial and supply chain CX space.
  • Knowledge of regional cultural nuances and experience working across time zones.
