About the position

The Customer Experience Solutions Specialist at Best Buy is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing solutions to technology-related needs. This role requires a passion for technology, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing solutions to customers' technology-related needs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using a variety of software and hardware tools.
  • Partner with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate documentation of customer requests and repairs.
  • Establish and maintain consistent rhythms for timely follow-up and ensure deliverables are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products.
  • Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.
