About the position

The Customer Experience Specialist in Firearms/Sporting Goods is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience in the Firearms/Sporting Goods departments. This role involves maintaining product knowledge, organizing firearms, completing necessary documentation, and engaging with customers to meet their needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer promptly.
• Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Inventory Control procedures preferred.
• Prior knowledge and experience with firearms preferred.
• Understanding of ATF laws and regulations.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Ability to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge.
